Exhibitor Checklist

As a registered exhibitor for 2017 Southern Exposure and having paid your booth fees, you still need to order the name badges and tickets for those associates planning on attending. They must be employees of your company.

Exhibitor booth setup: 8am – 5pm
Exhibitor Set Up: 6am – 11am
Expo Show Hours 12:30pm – 6:00pm
Renew your booth space for 2018 Southern Exposure: 8am – 5pm
Exhibitor Move Out: 6pm – 8pm

Booth Refund Policy 50% per booth non-refundable cancellation fee will apply to ALL booth cancelations after to November 1, 2016. No refund or cancellation on booth costs will be honored after January 2, 2017. No exceptions.
